God never intended for us to walk through life, faith, or our callings as isolated individuals. From the very beginning, He created us for community. When we try to carry everything on our own shoulders, we burn out, we lose perspective, and we limit what can be achieved.

Think about how a human body functions: The eye can't do the job of the hand, and the foot can't do the work of the ear. Every part has a completely different function, yet they are entirely dependent on one another to move forward.

When we lock arms with others - combining our different strengths, backgrounds, and perspectives - something powerful happens. Our individual weaknesses are covered by someone else's strengths, and our collective impact multiplies. Working together shifts our focus from "How do I succeed?" to "How do we serve?"

Big dreams require big collaboration. Whether it's in your family, your workplace, or your church, look at the people around you not as competition, but as teammates. Value their unique gifts, lift them up when they stumble, and allow them to help you when you are weary. We can go faster alone, but we go so much further together.
